Built Around Real Automation Projects

Rather than presenting automation only through machines, specifications, or standard product categories, we use actual project cases to document how automation systems are designed, integrated, commissioned, and applied on the production floor.

For us, every project starts with the process itself: what needs to be handled, assembled, tested, inspected, transported, traced, or connected—and how each station must work together under real production conditions.

The purpose of this website is simple: to share practical automation experience, learn from different applications, and provide useful project references for engineers and manufacturing teams around the world.

Engineering Experience Behind Robotlyne

Robotlyne's experience is built on more than 20 years in industrial automation.

Over that time, our engineering teams have participated in more than 1,000 automation projects, covering individual machines, semi-automatic workstations, material handling systems, automated assembly equipment, testing systems, and complete production lines.

Today, Robotlyne has a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 engineers, with expertise spanning mechanical design, electrical engineering, PLC and motion control, robotics, machine vision, software integration, project management, installation, and commissioning.

A successful automation project involves much more than making an individual machine run correctly. Takt time, product variation, fixtures, material feeding, operator interaction, upstream and downstream interfaces, traceability, maintenance, exception handling, and future production changes all affect how a system performs on the factory floor.

Deep Experience in NTC Sensor Automation

One of Robotlyne's most established areas of experience is NTC sensor manufacturing automation.

Our engineering teams have been involved in NTC-related production automation for many years, covering pin forming, feeding, assembly, testing, inspection, cleaning, traceability, process fixtures, database integration, and complete automated production lines.

Based on our project experience and market participation, Robotlyne-related automation equipment and integration projects have reached approximately 80% market coverage in China's NTC sensor automation sector.

This concentration of projects has given our engineers extensive practical knowledge of NTC manufacturing processes and the engineering details required to connect individual production steps into stable, repeatable automated systems.

The engineering methods developed through these projects are also applicable to other industries requiring precision assembly, automated testing, traceability, material handling, and high-volume manufacturing.

Why We Created This Case Library

Automation projects contain a large amount of practical engineering knowledge that is difficult to communicate through a product catalog.

A specification sheet can describe payload, speed, accuracy, dimensions, or cycle time. It cannot fully explain why a fixture was designed in a particular way, how materials move between processes, how abnormal conditions are handled, or why one automation architecture was selected instead of another.

The cases in this library are therefore documented from a project implementation perspective. We look beyond the finished equipment to the production process, material flow, station interfaces, control logic, cycle requirements, testing methods, and the engineering decisions behind the final solution.

Where appropriate, project cases may also include process sequences, layout concepts, equipment specifications, production data, integration methods, and lessons learned during implementation.

Not every project can be copied directly. Products, factories, production volumes, layouts, and processes are different. But previous projects can provide a useful reference for understanding what has already been implemented, what issues need to be considered, and how an automation concept can be developed into an operating production system.

Sharing and Learning from Real Projects

Every completed project adds new knowledge about processes, equipment, controls, materials, production environments, and system integration.

By documenting and sharing these projects, we hope this case library becomes a practical place for engineers to explore real automation applications, compare implementation approaches, and find useful references for their own manufacturing challenges.
